Apply for funding to establish a centre in climate change and health. Our centres are world-leading centres of excellence that carry out interdisciplinary, cutting-edge and impactful research.

This centre will be jointly supported by the funders involved, and ESRC will lead the commissioning process on their behalf. You must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) funding.

We are looking for a centre that will address the challenges that climate change poses to population health, in a way that enhances both environmental and health outcomes. The centre will bring together the right people, disciplines, institutions and infrastructure to provide evidence for this challenge within a 5-year timeframe.
