Following the first Knowledge Exchange Framework exercise, this discursive event drew on peer to peer expertise and experience of KEF, to reflect on the process of submission, both personal and institutional, the broad value of the framework, and considered the utility of results.
Although KEF was not published by the date of the event, we considered initial results and what these may mean for people working in Knowledge Exchange before focusing firmly on the future. We discussed what lessons can be learned from the first exercise to influence future iterations and we were particularly pleased that Dr Hamish McAlpine, Head of Data and Evidence, Knowledge Exchange Team, Research England joined us to hear your reflections and suggestions, as well as to contribute his own initial thoughts on the process.
