As part of its annual programme of activities, The Culture Capital Exchange hosts various workshops on issues relating to REF with Practice Research being an area of close interest.
After the recent REF submission, this event will bring together practitioners in practice research to reflect on their experiences of submission, to share best practice, and engage in a wider ongoing conversation around underpinning principles of rigour, evidence, and methodologies of practice research.
This virtual ‘long table’ event will engage in open and robust conversation and those who wish to take part are required to undertake pre-thinking about their own experiences in preparation. Participants are asked to consider key issues in advance of the event, and to be prepared to discuss their own experience, rather than merely observe.

Arising from this event, and to continue this conversation, the organisers hope to author either a series of blogs or other small TCCE publication. Participants will be invited to contribute where appropriate.
