With the guiding principles of Ravensbourne’s new Institute for Creativity and Technology providing a framework for the discussion, Matt talks in depth about subjects ranging from behavioural science to Human Centred Design. And the way in which the designer needs to embrace a new and more radical way of both thinking and working.
