In London to make his UK debut at Kings Place, celebrated Italian pianist Alessandro Vena visits the University to play some of the pieces from his new acclaimed CD, recently launched on the Sheva label.
Music by Shostakovich and Giuseppe Lupis is performed together with the Nocturne by Peter Fribbins and a new work by a Middlesex University student composer.
