This practical evening course has been specifically developed at Guildhall School to support musicians and actors in their lives and creative work. Through meditation and re-connecting with the body, participants can learn how to bring awareness to the present moment and relate differently with stress, anxiety and depression.
This 8-week course will explore themes such as stepping out of automatic pilot, working with obstacles including self-criticism and performance anxiety and learn how to cultivate stage presence.
