The Centre for Fashion Curation presents the latest in a series of talks.
Paola Di Trocchio, a writer and fashion curator at the NGV National Gallery of Victoria, will discuss recent curatorial projects 200 Years of Australian Fashion, Edward Steichen and Art Deco Fashion and Dior and Yamamoto: The New Look to discuss potential methodologies for fashion object display. How can fashion be read in the museum, and how can it be written?
Looking forward @JS_Diaspora opening a discussion with stimulus from award winning film #MyNameIs @mynameisdocu on 'Decolonising the self before we can decolonise HE & culture' @RADA_London via @InfoTCCE tomorrow as part of a broader event from 1pm to 3pm.
