The Messengers is a unique collaborative venture which sees people from vastly different backgrounds, with equally diverse stories find a common purpose in writing and performing music together. The band is made up of music students from the Leadership Course at the Guildhall School and people who seek support from St Mungo’s Homeless Charity, as they recover from issues related to homelessness.
The Messengers are a global collective, who write songs about what matters in life and cannot be defined by any one musical genre. In June the Messengers are delighted to be collaborating with US artist Doug Hream Blunt and performing a brand new set at the Field Day festival in Victoria Park.
