Royal Holloway featured in BBC Two’s Horizon

BBC Two’s Horizon featured an experiment carried out at Royal Holloway’s Department of Psychology, in an episode called ‘How to find love online’.

The episode saw Dr Angelika Lingnau and Ari Lingeswaran scanning the brains of the presenter Dr. Xand Van Tulleken, and his twin brother, to see how they responded to photos of their partners and photos of people they didn’t know.

Dr Angelika Lingnau, said: “Taking part in the programme was a great opportunity to look at the brains of twins. It was a pleasure to work with Xand and the BBC team.”
