The Choir of Royal Holloway has teamed up with renowned music ensemble The King’s Singers, in a three year partnership. The mixed voice Choir is considered to be one of the finest university choirs in Britain, performing around 50 concerts a year and specialising in music from the late renaissance and contemporary music, especially from the Baltic States. The collaboration with The King’s Singers, who are double Grammy award-winners, will give the Choir’s 24 choral scholars the opportunity to develop their ensemble and one voice per part singing, where solo voices sing each musical line or part.
