17th February, 2014
All those interested in applying to the 6th round of Creativeworks London Creative Vouchers programme are advised to read the Information Paper on the theme of Demonstrating Value (see below) which was circulated at the Demonstrating Value Ideas Pool (23/01/2014).
The Demonstrating Value Application Workshop will focus on helping interested parties: to develop their applications, to think about how best to develop and maintain academic/SME collaboration. It will also provide a chance to spend some often much-needed time to work on your applications with your partner. In order to fully prepare for the workshop, please read the Creativeworks London application guidelines and frequently asked questions sheet (see below).
Workshop numbers will be limited to 25 projects with one SME representative and one researcher from each proposal being asked to attend. All prospective applicants are requested to arrive with their project outline and partner in place. If you are an SME who is interested in applying but do not as yet have a research partner, then please contact us for assistance.
If you would like to attend the Workshop, please RSVP to info@cwlondon.org.uk as soon as possible as space is very limited. We would also ask attendees to provide us with answers to the following three questions upon RSVP’ing.
1) What do you most want to get out of attending the Creativeworks London Application Workshop? (50 words)
2) Outline your project description? (100 words max)
3) Your name and that of your proposed partner? Are they also free to attend this workshop? (Please note that eligible partner academics/researchers must work for one of the Creativeworks London partner universities or partner Independent Research Institutions. Industry partners can come from the Cultural, Creative and/or Creative Digital Sectors. If you have doubt whatsoever about who these partners are, do not hesitate to contact us.)
Please note that Creative Vouchers applications are to be received from the industry partner rather than the academic partner. The deadline for Creativeworks London Creative Voucher applications will be Monday 17th March 2014 at 17:00.
To submit an application to this round we expect either the SME or Academic to have attended the Ideas Pool or Application Workshop.
