Fine Art graduate Myles Painter has been shortlisted for the Converse Emerging Artists Award 2012 exhibition.
Interested in architecture, physical and psychological, Painter tends to create mainly film and video. He will exhibit work in the group show at a pop-up gallery off of Bricklane in East London. The award in association with Dazed and the Whitechapel Gallery is in its third year and the shortlisted artists were chosen by Dazed’s esteemed jury panel, featuring Jeremy Deller and Kirsty Ogg, Magnus Edensvard, Nancy Durrant and James Early.
