Sir Nicholas Young , CE of the British Red Cross and Denise Fellows, Cass CCE, present the final talk in our popular Charity Talks 2011/12 programme.

Excellent leadership at all levels is what marks out a successful organisation. Sir Nicholas Young is widely acclaimed as one of the top leaders in our sector not only for his work here in the UK and globally with the wider Red Cross movement, but also earlier as CE of Macmillan Cancer Support where he received his knighthood. He will reveal the secrets of his success and Denise Fellows will apply her deep understanding of theory and practice of leadership in small and large charities, putting these approaches into a wider theoretical frame which you can apply in your own setting.

Following the talk, there will be a reception and refreshments.

To book, please contact Matthew Guest at CassCCE@city.ac.uk or by calling 020 7040 0901.

The talks are aimed at staff, trustees, board members and others who want to improve their effectiveness through listening and responding to presentations on key management issues.
