Richard II’s supporters abandon her, but she refuses to relinquish her ‘hollow crown’ even as her power diminishes. The future King, Harry Bolingbroke, returns to demand justice and to take what is rightfully theirs. England will be tested for remaining loyal to the throne or joining the rebellion against Richard II’s corruption.

This gender-reimagined version of Shakespeare’s tragic tale of demise and succession is a thriller is about power and plotting, leadership and loyalty.
