In this public seminar Dr Daniela Simone discusses her recent book Collective Authorship: Locating the Authors of Collaborative Work(CUP, 2019) and key joint authorship cases such as Kogan v Martin [2019] EWCA Civ 16 with Dr Mathilde Parvis of University of Exeter.
