This interactive one-day conference will explore methods and good practice for developing your career in higher education.
The conference, through plenaries and workshops, will explore ways in which you can review and develop your own working practice, giving you the tools and techniques that you can confidently apply within your work setting. The workshops will touch on different approaches to development, and provide guidance on using the AUA’s CPD tool to support your progression.
Speakers will include senior university professional service staff, HR representatives, and staff working within professional services within universities.
