The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama is looking for an experienced professional to track, evaluate and report on the impact of its world-leading teaching, knowledge exchange and research internationally. You will have knowledge and experience of working with impact data and statistics in relation to reporting and audit criteria, KPIs and metrics, and be able to collaborate with senior executive and academic staff to prepare case studies and institutional narratives for funding bodies, government agencies and public relations purposes.
You will play a leading role in preparing data-based narratives on excellence and value for money for the Higher Education Business and Community Interaction survey, Teaching Excellence Framework, Research Excellence Framework and other key institutional audits and reviews. You will also develop communications with academic staff to demonstrate Central’s public and industry engagement, and with Central’s alumni and recent graduates in order to gauge their impact on the industry and society. You will help develop and run schemes for supporting graduate enterprises and start-up companies, tracking and evaluating their impact. You will relish working in a vibrant and busy creative environment in one of the world’s leading conservatoires of the performing and theatre arts, and have the vision and creativity to be able to put new systems and processes in place.
