Bardvertising will take a look at promotional communications through the lens of Shakespeare. Even centuries after his death, Shakespeare’s words and his very image are used to sell everything from fashion to furniture. We’ll take a fun look at some of our favourite creative featuring the Bard and/or his work, re-imagine tragic figures through the eyes of a modern ‘spin’ machine, and consider how art itself is shorthand for all kinds of messages.
