Cultural Literacy and Learning in Universities: The Importance of Free Minds in the quest for dignity and progress

The penultimate Distinguished Lecture Series of 2016 sees Middlesex University Business School welcoming Claire Fox, the Director of the Institute of Ideas and a regular panelist on BBC Radio 4’s The Moral Maze.

Claire Fox is also convener of the yearly Battle of Ideas festival and is regularly invited to comment on developments in culture, education and the media on TV and radio programmes such as Question Time and Any Questions? She is also a columnist for the Times Education Supplement.

The evening is a great opportunity to not only engage with a topic that is highly relevant to us all but to also network with members of the Business School and professionals from a diverse range of sectors. A range of nibbles and drinks will be provided.
