A little bit about us:

TCCE (The Culture Capital Exchange) is a network of Higher Education institutions established in 2005 with Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) funding and first known as LCACE (London Centre for Arts and Cultural Exchange). We were the first university-led network to focus specifically on knowledge exchange, collaboration and wider engagement between the research base and the arts, cultural and creative sectors in the capital and we continue to pioneer developments in this field.

TCCE runs a wide range of programmes, initiatives and events designed to support our core members on the following types of activity: Research Collaborations, Public Engagement, Conferences and Networking; ECR Development and identifying Grand Challenges and Hot Topics for future research.

Throughout the course of a typical year, we produce many events that bring together our academic communities with practitioners and professionals from the arts and creative sectors and further afield. We do this through fora such as our annual conference and through the many networking opportunities we create. We also produce events such as Inside Out Festival and Walking the City which encourage and support staff across the network to take their work to new and diverse audiences. We support members only activities too, in particular on topics concerning Impact, new funding opportunities and the like. We produce publications, reports, podcasts and other resources to support and advocate on behalf of the TCCE network.
