3rd September, 2016
In September 2016 the Guildhall School of Music & Drama will host the prestigious and long-running Royal Musical Association (RMA) Annual Conference at our world-class Milton Court facilities.
Featuring a packed schedule of panel sessions and papers, lecture recitals and lectures, presentations will encompass a wide variety of music and performance related disciplines. With wonderful opportunities for networking and engagement, this three-day conference promises to be diverse, lively and unmissable for anyone interested in the study of music and/or performance.
RMA Members will be prompted to include the promotional code, which can be found on the RMA website.
Highlights include:
Owing to rescheduling of rehearsals, Graham Vick has regretfully had to withdraw from the conference. The Le Huray lecture will instead take the form of a panel discussion.
Marina Frolova-Walker is Reader in Music History at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Clare College, where she is also Director of Studies in Music.
