This fun hands-on day will see you learn how to create your own edible handbag. You’ll carve a sponge, layer and coat the handbag using colour textures, embellish with zips, buckles, and handles ready for the cake walk.

Different tips and techniques will be demonstrated throughout the day that you’ll be apply in your own kitchen too. The cost of the course includes all materials and a board for transporting your creation.
