King’s publishes Connecting through culture 2014-15

King’s College London has published Connecting through culture 2014-15, its new annual report highlighting some of the ways in which arts and culture have supported the university in 2014-15 in its ambitions to deliver world class education and research that drives innovation, creates impact and engages in London and beyond.

Speaking about the publication, Deborah Bull, Assistant Principal (Culture & Engagement) commented, ‘Over the last three years, across all eight Faculties, the university has developed partnerships with artists and cultural organisations that enhance the King’s experience for students and academics while adding value across the cultural sector. With so much work ongoing, Connecting through culture cannot hope to be a complete picture, but I hope it will give some idea of the ways in which these collaborations are creating new opportunities and generating new perspectives. None of the work described in the report would be possible without the enthusiastic engagement of colleagues across the university and the cultural sector. I’m grateful to everyone who has been involved and look forward to building on the achievements highlighted in this review in 2016.’

Connecting through culture reports on a wide range of cultural and creative activity across all eight Faculties at King’s and shows the impact of culture on all areas of university life.
