Business Affairs Consultant Loredana Cacciotti discusses music law and recording agreements
Loredana Cacciotti is a music solicitor and the owner of DIT (Do It Together), a new business venture divided into two main branches: DIT Music, a new model of 360 music agency providing services to artists and record labels; and DIT Advisory, providing legal support to clients through a flexible, cost-effective approaches.
Prior to that, Loredana worked for BPI (British Phonographic Industry), focussing on legal and contractual issues related to the production of the BRIT Awards and other music industry initiatives such as the Music Export Growth grants scheme and The Big Music Project.
Loredana also spent several years at Ministry of Sound overseeing music-related deals for artists such as London Grammar, DJ Fresh and Example, as well as providing legal support for MOS’s official merchandise, worldwide Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi events, and general media and digital matters such as YouTube channels’ contracts and digital distribution.
