Sara is currently a Senior Lecturer with research interests in creativity and the design of interactive systems. Recent projects have investigated the use of smart meter data visualisations to stimulate creative thinking about the design of new products and services, as well as the development of digital tools for individuals and groups engaged in creative processes. She is a founder member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice at City University London, and programme director for the innovative interdisciplinary Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership (the MICL). She has been working in the field of human-computer interaction and the digital economy for over 20 years.
