We exist in an age of social and professional networks, where connections made impact greatly on opportunities and outcomes in our professional lives like never before. In response to this, The Culture Capital Exchange invited early career researchers to an evening of advice and open discussion over a glass of wine.

The event was led by networking master, Geoffrey Colman, who presented guidance on how to develop networking opportunities and build both online and personal networking skills and connections. Throughout the evening ECRs were offered the invaluable opportunity to ‘speed network’ with peers from across the membership, which enabled them to exchange ideas and make the most of their existing connections. Attendees of Only Connect then qualified as TCCE ECR network members and subsequent to the event were provided on-going support from TCCE and granted access to network resources.
