National Theatre Live’s thrilling broadcast of Frankenstein returns to cinemas for a limited time, due to unprecedented audience demand. National Theatre Live is an initiative to broadcast productions from the stages of London’s National Theatre to cinema screens worldwide.
Directed by Academy Award® winner Danny Boyle, Frankenstein features Benedict Cumberbatch (12 Years A Slave, Star Trek: Into Darkness) and Jonny Lee Miller (Trainspotting, Mansfield Park) alternating roles as Victor Frankenstein and his creation. Creature will be played by Benedict Cumberbatch on Friday 31 October and Jonny Lee Miller on Friday 7 November.
