A series of talks available to the public in the Grade I listed Picture Gallery at Royal Holloway will commence in October. The collection includes works by famous Victorian artists such as John Everett Millais, William Powell Frith and Edward Burne-Jones as well as sculptures, drawings, watercolours, prints and contemporary art. The series will begin with an Introduction to the Collection on 8 October 2014, 1-1.45pm and The Railway Station by William Powell Frith on 21 October 2014, 1-1.45pm. The talks are free but prior booking is advised.
