Chetham’s Symphony Orchestra travels to London for its debut at Milton Court Concert Hall with a performance of Tchaikovsky’s masterful final symphony, one of the defining works of the romantic period.
Outstanding violinist Elizaveta Saul, a winner of the Chetham’s Concerto Competition, joins the orchestra for Prokofiev’s virtuosic and lyrical Second Violin Concerto. Marlon Brando fans will also enjoy Bernstein’s gritty and powerful Symphonic Suite from the 1954 film On the Waterfront.
