New Call for Proposals

The British Academy is inviting applications from established scholars employed in a UK institution, and within fifteen years of the award of their doctorate, to apply for the BA Mid-Career Fellowship scheme.

Applicants need to register in e-GAP, and find full details by following the link to ‘funding schemes’ from the welcome page. Then click the Mid-Career Fellowships Outline Stage – Outline Round 2014-15 link.

The British Academy intends, through this scheme, to support outstanding individual researchers with excellent research proposals, and to promote public understanding and engagement with humanities and social sciences.

Deadline for submission of applications for the Outline stage: 17 September 2014 at 5pm (BST)

Application forms are available and must be submitted via  e-GAP.

Results expected: mid-December 2014
Earliest Start Date for the Fellowship to begin: 1 September 2015
