Philip Crang is Professor of Cultural Geography and directs the Social and Cultural Geography Research Group at Royal Holloway University of London. His interests are in the feel of particular places and the movements of things, people and ideas that help to give them their distinctive textures. He previously edited the journal Cultural Geographies. His publications include British Asian Style (V&A Publishing, 2010) and Introducing Human Geographies (Routledge, Third Edition 2014).
