Cultural Institute at King’s secures additional investment to realise recommendations of first Cultural Enquiry

The Cultural Institute at King’s has secured an additional £110,000 from the Legacy Trust UK to take forward the recommendations made in its first Cultural Enquiry, Beyond Performance.

The enquiry explored the role that arts and culture play in maximising the value of major sporting and national events.

The funding will help with the setup of the project and consortium and initial activity including commissioning the first research projects, hosting a joint symposium and creating an ongoing tracking survey to capture public attitudes towards culture and major events.
