Led by acclaimed guitarist Graham Devine, Trinity Laban’s guitar department showcases its talent, with a concert of music for solo guitar plus guitar chamber music.

Royal Greenwich Brass Band – 8th May

Programme to include music by Shostakovich, Berlioz, Grieg, Tchaikovsky and Mussorgsky. Featuring the winner of the Charlton House Music Award 2014, trumpeter Peter Athans.

Trinity Laban Wind Ensemble – 15th May

Directed by Michael Whight, the Trinity Laban Wind Ensemble performs Mozart’s Serenades and music by Beethoven.

Trinity Laban Chamber Musicians – 22nd May

Featuring Julia Hart, violin, and Irina Lyakhovskaya, piano, and Huseyin Gundoğdu, cello, and Filippo Di Bari, piano. Programme to include Franck’s Sonata in A major for Violin and Piano and Brahms’ Cello Sonata No. 1 in E minor, Op 38.

Stefan Melovski, Classical Guitar – 29th May

Programme to include works by Bach, Stravinsky and Alberto Gismonti.
