The students and staff of the BA (Hons) Illustration course at Middlesex University present 40 haunting and dramatic images responding to stories from the First World War, from the poetry of Robert Graves to tales from the home front and battlefields abroad, at The Poetry Cafe. Middlesex illustration students have won many accolades over recent years including D&AD awards and the Observer/Cape/Comica Graphic Short Story Prize. Previous Poetry Café exhibitions by Middlesex students and staff include the hugely popular The Haunts of The Poets and Happy Birthday Edward Lear.
Stunning framed prints and original artworks from just £50. All proceeds will help fund the students’ degree show.
