This acclaimed opera ‘Written on Skin’, created collaboratively by King’s College London composer George Benjamin and playwright Martin Crimp, has been described as a ‘landmark event in contemporary theatre’ when it premiered in Britain at the Royal Opera House. In this opening event of the Arts and Humanities Festival, composer and author discuss collaboration and opera with festival director Max Saunders.
