The Better Lives Lecture Series returns this year to continue to explore the underpinning ethos of London College of Fashion. Through the recent appointment of psychologist Dr Carolyn Mair, LCF is able to explore the interaction of fashion and psychology for the first time.
The session will begin with an overview of emergent themes from the previous seminars. Following this, Dr Peter Sowden from Surrey University will speak on ‘Illuming and influencing creative thinking’ and fashion and sustainability researcher, Dr Kate Fletcher from the Centre for Sustainable Fashion, and, will speak on the creativity and the experience of fashion.
