The Innovation, Creativity and Leadership (ICL) Talks are a series of seminars hosted by the Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice. The talks take place on the first Wednesday of every month and will cover a wide range of topics linked with innovation, creativity and leadership. The talks are free to attend and open to the public.

February ICL Talk with Tim Wilson

In his presentation, Tim will present his passion, an enthusiasm for being a creative action man. Whilst very much interested in innovation and creative ways of working, he will show that some of the most effective ways of working are those that everyone can do, whoever they are and wherever they work.

Tim will explore a number of areas:

  • The power of co-working
  • The alternatives to an office
  • The joy of working in coffee shops
  • What it is to be a nomadic freelancer
  • Being a misfit and fitting in.

Join Tim on what will be an amusing, entertaining and insightful presentation.

Timings:

6:00pm – Registration w/Coffee & Tea
6:30pm – Talk starts
7:30pm – Networking with wine & nibbles

We encourage everyone to arrive in good time for the 6:30pm start of the talk. Arriving late is disruptive to the speaker and the audience. So why not join us for a cup of coffee or tea and a bit of conversation before the talk starts.
